42 days to go!

I'm just hanging out, waiting for this baby to come. Actually I've been organizing and getting rid of things and washing all the baby equipment, bedding, clothing, etc. I'm off today for President's Day but I'm trying to take it easy today so I can get rid of this cold I have.

I think we might have to return our stroller and car seat travel system that we received as a gift. Aaron and I went to Babies 'R Us recently and all the strollers for that model were pulled off the floor and sent back to the manufacturer. A salesperson told us they requested all of the merchandise be returned so they could do more testing. There hasn't been an official recall, but that makes me nervous. Clearly something happened for them to pull everything out of the store. We spent forever researching the travel systems and I really liked that one, but I guess we'll need to look again.

Aaron and I didn't do a whole lot for Valentine's Day, which is also his birthday. We had an early dinner at Montgomery Inn (yummy!) and watched a movie at home. He turned 30 but I wasn't really up for celebrating, poor thing probably had a disappointing weekend! Or maybe he fully enjoyed spending a quiet, relaxing weekend with me and my sniffles!
